Reports said the petroleum costs declined to $80.40 per barrel in global market while the diesel cost remained at $885 per barrel. Moreover, the Pakistani rupee has reinforced against the US dollar in neighborhood market, making expects one more reduced in the nearby petrol costs.
It is assessed that the costs of petroleum and diesel would drop by Rs5-6 for each liter from September 1 in Pakistan, giving more help to masses.
Current Petrol Prices in Pakistan Till 31 August 24
As of now, the petroleum cost in Pakistan remains at Rs260.96 per liter while diesel is being sold for Rs266.7 per liter.

Expected Petrol Prices in Pakistan from Sept 1
Reports said the petroleum and diesel cost would be dropped by Rs5-6 for every liter for first 50% of September 2024.
The normal petroleum cost would be Rs255.96 per liter in the event that Rs5 cut is supported and it would be Rs254.96 in the event that a decline of Rs6 is endorsed by the public authority.
