RAWALPINDI: For the remaining two days (the fourth and fifth) of Pakistan vs. Bangladesh’s first Test match at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, spectator admission is free, according to the Pakistan Cricket Board.
The decision was taken with the next weekend in mind, which would enable families and students to attend in large numbers to cheer on their favorite cricket players and see activity between the two teams. The 2023–25 ICC World Test Championship includes the current two-match Test series.
To enter the stadium, spectators must present their original CNIC or B-form. Once inside, they can watch the action for free from either of the premium enclosures (Miran Baksh, Shoaib Akhtar, Sohail Tanvir, and Yasir Arafat) or the VIP enclosures (Imran Khan and Javed Miandad, for families only).
Tickets for the PCB Gallery or Platinum Box are not eligible for the free entrance policy.
Those who purchased tickets in advance for the fourth and fifth days will receive a refund. Online ticket purchases will automatically be reimbursed to the credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase. In order to receive a refund for tickets bought at Express Centers, consumers must bring their original ticket with them.
In order to better serve the fans, a free shuttle bus service will also be available on two routes on match days, making it simple for onlookers to enter the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. Route 2 will travel from Government Satellite Town College for Boys, 6th Road, Murree Road, to Allama Iqbal Park Entrance Gate, whereas Route 1 will travel from Aviation Ground, Rawal Road, and Murree Road to that location.
